Manager - Financial Planning & Analysis - Education

JDs - Financial Planning and Analysis Manager.

- Own the end to end MIS preparation at country/channel level and review with the management.

- Review of financial trends by providing variance analysis of actual expenses with respect to the budgeted and forecast figures

- Preparation of Annual Budgets and Roll-over Forecasts

- Responsible for Investor relations, prepare Investor MIS, Balance sheet and Cash flow

- Month End Closing and Accounting Controls: Monthly closing of unbilled and expense provisions and finalization of financial statements.

- Financial Modelling: Preparing financial models to present business implications and decision support for the leadership.

- Introduce industry benchmarks and develop reporting on the company's performance compared to benchmarks.

RequirementsL:

- CA/MBA - Finance Degree with 3+ years of experience

- Superior financial analysis and financial modeling skills

- Detail-oriented, well-organized

- Proven ability to develop strategic relationships with business partners

- Fluency in Microsoft Excel and knowledge of accounting software

- Proven expertise managing, evaluating, analyzing data quickly and creating meaningful business reporting
