Manager - Financial Planning & Analysis - eCommerce - CA

We are hiring for a fast growing D2C startup client based in Mumbai. Role responsibilities include:

- Preparation of Annual operating plan, Budgeting, and forecasting

- Business Analysis, reporting, and performance review

- Cost Business continuity evaluation and planning

- Cost, pricing strategy, margin & analysis

- Cashflow projection

- Store P&L review and analysis, Supervision of monthly accounts closing with respect to completeness and accuracy

- Scrutiny of legal agreements

- Expansion strategy, Feasibility study of new ventures and continuity planning

- Competition and market study

- Analysis on ROI and Cashback

- Continue/discontinue operations

- Business partnering with top management and cross-functionally

- MIS reporting

Desired Candidate Profile :

- Excellent presentation skills; the ability to translate complex financial schedules into meaningful presentations is critical; demonstrated analytical skills including the ability to synthesize quantitative and qualitative data to draw conclusions and assist on decision making.

- The candidate should have good experience in FP and A

- CA with 2-3 years total experience.

- Should be working in a D2C setup (pepperfry, myntra, makemytrip)

- Should understand data flows coming from various ecommerce websites like Amazon and Flipkart.

- Strong at reconciliation of data.

- Strong at advanced MS Excel

- CTC - 10 - 12 LPA
