The company is a leading provider of primary consumer packaging & decorative labelling solutions in India, and part of a Finnish-based global food packaging major.

Reporting To : Controller - Financial Reporting & Compliance

Looking for a Qualified Chartered Accountant from a LISTED ENTITY with Excellent knowledge of Financial Planning Analysis

Role Summary :

- Financial Planning & Analysis Manager - Essentially supports all business forecasting.

- Key Financial partner to the CFO and the FPNA Leader will be responsible for leading the financial planning and analysis processes, conducting analytics on the entire P&L and other financial matrix.

- Provide analysis in decision-making in all matters operational, financial, and strategic.

- Use the financial modelling to design a long-range plan with annual operating and capital budgets.

- With the use of financial modelling, it forecasts operating and profitability performance and sets annual targets for Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

- A strong candidate combines a strong analytical mindset with technical ability and excellent people skills.

Roles and Responsibility :

- Analyze the financial performance and outlook with the FPNA Leader & CFO, identifying trends and driving the actions.

- Support the leadership team in developing the budget guidelines.

- Deep understanding of business challenges and how they impact the company's financial position.

- Liaise with key stakeholders to develop and continually improve budgeting, financial projections, operating forecast and other ad hoc analysis.

- Support the senior Leadership Team with data-driven analysis and act as a sounding board when making commercial decisions and formulating strategy.

- Ability to explain complex financial information to non-financial business partners.

- Develop financial models and analyze them to support strategic initiatives.

- Conduct in depth analysis in support of quarterly Board of Directors meeting and Company earnings.

- Present monthly and quarterly financial reports of the business to leadership team (India and Global)

- Thorough understanding of the group's cash-flow position, including cash forecasting, reporting and strategies for improving working capital.

- Maintain FP&A reporting tools, based in Microsoft Excel and Access.

- Be responsible for Pricing and Go to Market investments to ensure sustainable and competitive cost structures. Influence choices of product portfolio that leads to pricing and investments principles

- Knowledge of financial business planning tools.

- Solid financial background with strong technical and reporting skills.

- Strong business acumen and analytical skills to provide detailed and valuable business analysis to management.

- Hands-on with day-to-day operations, able to work under pressure & ambiguity to deliver results and observe deadlines.

- Exposure to different styles and personalities of business unit leaders.

- Ability to travel across sites / offices

- Experience in Manufacturing ( FMCG, Consumer industry ) will be an added advantage
