Manager - Financial Planning & Analysis - Commodity Trading Firm

Client (MNC commodity trading firm) looking for a CA or MBA from Premier Institute with 9 to 10 years of experience for the role of FP&A . Bangalore based candidate .

Reporting will be to FP&A lead and Group Dy CFO.

Profile requirement

- Experience of budgeting for multi-dimensional/ multi entities Group structure

- Strong leadership skills required

- Highest standards of accuracy and precision; highly organized.

- Articulate with excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Ability to think creatively, highly-driven and self-motivated

- Demonstrated ability to roll-up sleeves and work with team members in a hands-on management capacity

- The candidate has to travel for a longer duration to HQ abroad or Regions whenever necessary for the Budgeting process.

JD

- Budgeting & forecasting of the Group and its business verticals

- Deliver insightful business presentations to make decisions

- Analyze current and past trends in key performance indicators including all areas of revenue, cost of sales, expenses and capital expenditures

- Monitor performance indicators, highlighting trends and analyzing causes of unexpected variance

- Supervision of Financial Analyst(s)

Oversee and manage the continued development of Budgeting, Financial Forecasting, Operating Plan and Modeling tools
