Hiring Manager - FP&A - Commercials and Pricing
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Commercials and Pricing for Capita Delivery
- Pricing for new opportunities
- Maintain pricing models for all Delivery Operational Geographies
- Be updated on any new information which impacts the pricing methodology
- Budgeting, forecasting, month end revenue process, accruals, book closure for assigned Delivery Centre Operations
- General ledger analysis, cost center analysis, variance reasoning
- Ensure timely management reporting and tracking of business plan numbers, accurate forecasting of various financial parameters (e.g. Revenue, profit, cash, capex, working capital, order book etc.)
- MPR (Monthly Performance Review) meetings with stakeholders
- Support the business in driving cost out strategies and assist in delivery of the business plan
- Provide revenue assurance
- Comprehensive knowledge of IWAF/ PIC/ CBA
- Built or amend new/existing Internal controls as required by the business
- Ensure division / group reporting requirements are met
- Internal/external stakeholder management
- Manage and review overall statutory and internal audit queries including interaction with auditors and various stakeholders
- Drive automations and process improvements
- Team management and team development
- Resilience and succession planning
- Adhoc work as required by the management from time to time
