We are looking for Manager - Finance (FP&A) for a client with global presence based at Gurgaon.

JOB DETAILS

Job Location : Gurgaon

Industry : KPO/BPO

Education : CA

Experience : 6 years of post qualification experience, Prior experience in FP&A profile is a significant requirement

CTC : Standard Industry Hike

Shift Timing : 12 Noon - 9 pm, 5 days week

PC Skills : Proficiency with MS Office. Exposure to any ERP package will be preferable

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES

The Candidate will be responsible to manage FP&A activities on a day to day basis. The position will be responsible for managing the Planning & Forecasting exercise, generating Monthly MIS and adhoc analysis. This position will also play a key role in conducting monthly functional reviews and monthly closing and forecating

GENERAL SUMMARY

1. Month end financial close basis US GAAP

2. Monthly financial review pack and trend/variance analysis

3. Interfacing with US finance teams to ensure timely monthly reporting of expenses, variance reporting and analysis

4. Monthly Dashboards by Department and liaison with functional owners on financial performance

5. Annual Budget/Forecast Finalization

6. Ad-hoc FP&A requirement
