Manager - Financial Planning & Analysis - CA

- Provide forecast and analytics that will improve the leadership team's ability to guide the business

- Perform financial forecasting, reporting and operational metrics tracking

- Provide an explanation for variances of actual to budget and comparative quarter

- Coordinate with other finance functions to consolidate data for reporting purposes

- Create financial models and dashboards with analysis on investment and expenses

- Analyze financial data and build financial models for decision support

- Analyze past results, perform variance analysis, identify trends, and make recommendations for improvements

- Work closely with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting

- Evaluate financial performance by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts

- Maintain a strong financial analysis foundation crafting forecasts and models

- Supporting the month end process

Desired Candidate Profile :

- Experience preferably in business finance Role

- Ability to streamline functions and passion to learn and grow

- Strong interpersonal skills, including written and oral communication skills

- Comfort dealing with ambiguity and the ability to work independently

- Excellent communication and presentation skills

- Strong financial modeling experience

- Excellent experience with accounting software
