Manager - Financial Planning & Analysis - BPO

LOCATION - Chennai

Position :- Manager - FP&A

CTC :- 10 TO 12 lacs (APPROX ) ; depending upon last drawn CTC, total experience

JOB DESCRIPTION :

FINANCIAL PLANING, FORECASTING & MIS REPORTS

- Preparation and analyzing of cash flow on monthly and highlighting the variance between projected and actual spent.

- Preparation and analyzing of company's performance analysis by monthly.

- Performing of variance analysis such as Cost bridge analysis and Trend analysis comparing historic records with current reporting.

- Monthly variance analysis - Budget against Actual cost analysis including CAPEX, report preparation and facilitate for management reviews.

- Involved in yearly budget preparation and uploading in to Hyperion.

- Monthly revenue forecasting, gap analysis on revenue and reporting of variances for business decisions.

- Analyzing of monthly business performance report on various areas of income, expenses and cash flows, and coordinate the preparation of strategic plans, budgets and financial forecast.

- Identifying and analyzing of pricing for new and existing projects.

- Preparation of customized reports to meet top management requirements.

ACCOUNTING & RECONCILIATION

- Analyzing of accounting records and identifying the areas of potential issues and suggesting controls to ensure general ledger security.

- Reconciling of P&L and Balance sheet schedules movements to passing of an adjustment entry for statutory audit.

- Managing of whole GL responsibility, which includes reconciliation of P&L and balance sheet, month end closing, directing of AP team and various analysis.

- Maintain the fixed asset ledger for multiple entities Review and preparation of fixed asset schedule as per Indian GAAP for statutory audit.

- Involve in preparation of schedule VI for statutory audit.

- Co-ordinate with HR to Verifying the payroll and prepare payroll and related reconciliation for statutory audit.

- Audit Co- Ordination with Internal & statutory (PwC) Auditors.

- Preparing and monitoring the reconciliation of AR, AP, and FA with GL Module.

- Preparation of internal financial controls for management and audit review.

- Monitoring daily bank transaction in Oracle through cash management module.

- Customer and supplier reconciliation through oracle reports.

- Exposure in TDS, Income tax and Service tax

Education Requirements: CA / ICWA / MBA Finance

- Experience Requirements: min 4 years relevant exposure.
