Location - Mumbai

The Role:

The incumbent is responsible for providing ongoing operational support to the Business by performing such tasks as Accounting/Finance/Audit/Risk

- Extraction and mining of data from the source MIS systems

- Ability to understand the changing business needs and redesign MIS and analysis around the same

- Support ad hoc requests from the business and senior management

- Support quarterly business reviews and any analysis required for senior management

- Proactive involvement in the business and development of infrastructure required to support reporting and analysis

- Analyze, communicate and deliver on high-quality MIS in stringent timelines

- Liaison with the P&A teams and other support groups

- Identify and drive continuous improvement initiatives, Responsibilities of Functional PnL, Allocated P&L, Watermark reports

- Design, develop and support various monthly/quarterly reporting around EMR's, Performance reports, expense, headcount and B/S as per business requirements

- Perform end to end review of all deliverables sent by the team to different stakeholders

Qualifications :

- Tenured MBA's or graduates with relevant experience

- Strong analytical, quantitative and communication skills

- Advance knowledge of Excel, Access, and PowerPoint

- Results orientated without compromising control

- Knowledge of systems like FDW, XIB, and Paragon is a plus, Good knowledge of finance, accounting and valuation concepts.
