Manager - Financial Planning & Analysis - BFSI

The FP & A Manager will drive management reporting and analysis initiatives in the organization work with the CFO to lead and create a world class FP & A function for the fastest growing ed professional space in India. 

Some of the key activities for the role are:

- Regular presentation/analysis on company performance

- Variance analysis and monthly MIS reporting

- Setting up and reporting key business metrics on a weekly and monthly basis

- Owning budgeting and forecasting process

- Ad-hoc analysis to support cost initiatives
