Drive internal FTS initiatives aimed at process improvement, team communication, and professional development. Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field; MBA or professional certifications (ICMAI/ICAI) preferred. 2. Minimum of 13 years of experience in financial roles, with a deep understanding of business, finance, and accounting fundamentals. 3. Proficiency in SAP S4/Hana and advanced Microsoft Excel skills. 4. Strong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and mentor junior team members. 5.
