Manager - Financial Planning/Analysis/Accounting - US GAAP

What you'll do:

-We are seeking an experienced Manager, FP&A & Accounting to support our team's next stage of expansion. This role calls for a highly effective individual capable of forward-thinking, relentless execution, and attention to detail. This individual will assume a pivotal role within the company and will help build and manage the financial operations of Endor Labs' US entity.

Key responsibilities will include:

- Help produce financial reports in compliance with US GAAP and provide financial analysis for strategic decision-making.

- Collaborate with external accountants for annual reviews and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

- Perform detailed analysis of profitability results, inputs, and drivers. Develop model outputs and structure to aid investment and resource allocation decisions.

- Maintain accounting policies and procedures, implementing controls to mitigate risk.

- Analyze and help build complex financial models and reports to forecast and prepare for the future financial needs of the company.

- Oversee Accounts Payable to ensure that all organizational obligations are being monitored

- Various ad-hoc requests as required.

What we're looking for

- 7+ years of experience, preferably including time at Big 4.

- Experience in financial analysis, scenario planning, forecasting, decision modeling, and understanding business profitability.

- Strong attention to detail.

- General urgency in execution and tendency toward action.

- Previous start-up, scale-up, or hyper-growth experience, ideally from an -in-house perspective.
