Financial Planning and Analysis Manager

- Perform Financial Planning

- Perform analyses and financial reporting of results and strategic business initiatives

- Prepare the business financial forecast and weekly/monthly reporting for senior management

- Coordinate the collection, analysis, and delivery of the weekly financial forecast

- Aid in the preparation of strategic plans, new business analysis, and budgets

- Conduct financial modeling (Excel)/ Valuation analysis

- Draft presentations and memorandums for senior management (PowerPoint, Word)

- Involvement with financial reporting - preparing deliverables for quarterly filings

- Create ad hoc presentations for senior management

- Expense and Chas-flow Management - prepare reports and analyses to identify actionable expense management initiatives

- Support the budgeting process across various businesses

- Provide insights into ongoing trends for the industries / sectors already invested in and for the targeted ones.

- Manage portfolio of existing investments (including real estate investments) by tracking their performance and summarizing their financial statements, sector data for management review.

- Perform investment analysis for new investments (including real estate) by examining and interpreting data from different sources and understanding the impact this will have for investment decision making.
