- Should have significant exposure to strategy as to preparation of business plans for the management and Investor. - Finalization of financial statements and Financial Modelling, designing with automation for process improvement. - P&amp;L for India, Phillipins, USA and other countries - Preparing financial models for business units located at India, Phillipins, USA and other countries - Budgeting, costing and forecasting - Variance analysis and revenue forecast - MIS Reporting - System implementation for better reporting with set up of new processes - Drafting the Financial Models for Top management. - Formulate Strategy for on-site offices and helping management in preparation of Projections and Fund Planning. - Formulate Financials for the management based on actual data closed by controllers with a deep analysis of movement of actual cost at geo level &amp; country level. - Budgeting, Financial forecasting &amp; Operating plan. Yearly planning exercise in co-ordination with in-house business finance and other support teams - Lead the FP&amp;A team ensuring adherence to baseline values for all Service Level Agreements- KPI &amp; CPI - Responsible for yearly financial planning monthly forecasting of revenue and all cost lines including headcount, compensation grid, capacity optimization, efficiency targets, utilization levels etc. and drive it through Performance reviews and Dashboards - Supervise team's targets/budgets and course corrections against plan Vs actual, presentation of monthly financials and key financial levers will be a part of this role. - Manage multiple partners and be responsible for supporting the metrics reporting for the relevant process - Be a people manager and involving in hiring, structured learning path, operations mentor for the team. Minimum Qualifications we seek in you: - Knowledge of IFRS/US GAAP, Ind-AS - ICWA / Post Graduate / MBA/ CA/ CA Inter - Meaningful work experience Preferred Qualifications - Very good written and communication skills - Proficient in MS Office applications, especially in MS excel - Good analytical and problem solving skills and ability to handle team and client discussions - Macros / VBA/ Power BI an added advantage - Work experience with a BI tool
