Primary Purpose of Role :
The position will play role in assessing and recommending pricing, reviewing and providing insights on channel profitability (including sku), assessing growth opportunities (including Salesforce expansion, freezer management), assessing return on Marketing and other strategic investments, and providing tools to monitor selected business performance (ie. Daily Sales reporting).
This role will be the support the development of business review materials (under the supervision of the Head of Finance) including the monthly MCR - the focus of which will be to expand analysis and insight. This position is expected to have significant exposure to senior business leaders in India including the Country Manager functional Sales and Marketing leads and Plant finance folks.
Roles and Responsibilities & Key Deliverables:
1. To lead business analysis and planning for the India organization including coordination of commercial forecasting (both monthly and annually) and providing commercial business analysis to support the Marketing and Selling functions.
2. Working closely with the India leadership team in closing the assumptions for Building the Annual Operating Plan (AOP), rolling forecasts, Risks and opportunities (R&O) process.
3. Financial modeling for different strategic options on volumes, revenue, investment and profit so as to provide quality inputs on long range planning
4. Driving monthly reviews :
- Volume & Value analysis.
- Net Revenue & NOPBT cause of changes vs previous year as well as AOP.
5. Working capital assessment and analysis along with Cash Flow forecasting & detailed reviews.
6. Drive Monthly Balance sheet reviews to understand Inventory, Capex movements and assumptions
