Responsibilities:

- Lead the preparation and review of operating plans, budgets, forecasts, and outlooks.

- Produce management reports (MIS, revenue and cost analysis, variance analysis) with detailed commentary and insights.

- Offer analytical perspectives on the financial impact and viability of business decisions to top management.

- Continuously monitor business performance, challenge assumptions, and recommend improvements.

- Engage with senior stakeholders to discuss margin enhancements and revenue opportunities.

- Conduct financial modelling, sensitivity analysis, and industry analysis to support various financial projects and decisions.

- Provide regular updates and insights on business performance to stakeholders.

- Act as a proactive, fact-based challenger to the status quo, synthesizing information into actionable strategies.

- Participate in and drive organization-wide initiatives with innovative thoughts and ideas.
