Manager - Financial Planning & Analysis

We are looking for a Manager FP& A for our client with a Pan India footprint based at Gurgaon.

Location : Gurgaon.

Grade : Manager

Role : Corporate HQ

Function Name : Finance

Reports to : Financial Controller

Experience : Min 5 yrs exp in reputed organization in FPnA, Business Finance, Decision support etc

Education : CA(mandatory qualification)

Knowledge Required : Mandate- Experience of working on AOP, Forecast, budgeting etc

Job Purpose:

Drive and provide support to management to carry out business operations in a profitable manner through use of financial and operational data analysis. To provide meaningful operational performance insight that helps the business execute on operational commitments and meet financial targets.

KRA:

Provide business planning, analysis and management reporting support to facilitate the management in taking strategic and operational decisions

Guide the team in the development and measurement of business planning activities & facilitate collection and presentation of metrics and expenses.

Develop analytical framework and financial metrics (via management reporting) to enable informed, timely business decisions.

Ensure preparation, maintenance, and updating of the financial forecasts, including annual plan, monthly and quarterly forecasts.

Actively engage with all the functional heads for the respective functions.

Provide assistance in resolution of the queries by investors.

Cost-benefit analysis to provide direction to the business

evaluation of new business cases

Data Analysis and reporting

Conducting the variation analysis between current month actual and the previous month actuals, Flash & Forecast V/s Actuals & AOP V/s Actuals quarterly board meeting forecast Report
