Manager - Financial Planning & Analysis

The position reports to CFO/VP Finance.

- Help drive financial accountability and end-to-end P&L management across business.

- FP&A is conceptualized as a small 4-5-member central team, including the FP&A Lead, that will help the CFO and FP&A Lead Long and Short Range Planning, BI framework for Performance Evaluation, New business evaluation, Analytics/MIS for VC/PE Investors/Board and key initiatives for profitability improvement.

- While the team members will work flexibly, individual members will take primary responsibility for business planning, analytics and driving business partnering/initiatives for individual businesses or driving overall budgeting and reporting processes for the company.

- In addition to the core role attached to either a business or Corporate processes, each member is expected to take on a number of high impact horizontal initiatives to drive performance.
