Manager - Financial Modeling & Valuation - Real Estate

Financial modelling , Valuation - real estate exposure is mandatory

Investor relations :

- Manage Investor / JV Partner relations

- Present project progress to Investors

- Review monthly / quarterly reports prepared by MIS team and share with investors / JV partners

Business Plan :

- Coordinate with business teams in developing annual budgets and monitoring quarterly progress

- Prepare detailed Business plans at Project level and entity level and monitor regular progress

Profitability management :

- Provide financial and cost review based on actual / budgets; provide variance reports; identify areas of revenue enhancement / control cost and work with other departments to improve profitability

- Provide reports for comparative profitability study

Business development :

- Evaluate feasibility of new deals

- Work with business teams and central business development team to evaluate, negotiate and close transactions

- Work with lawyers and consultants on due-diligence and documentation
