JD:

1. Responsible for monthly, quarterly and year-end closing consolidation, and preparation of appropriate financial statements.

2. Review and interpret financial reporting requirements, rules and regulations.

3. Coordinates with accounting operations.

4. Knowledge/ understanding of the Generally Accepted Accounting Principles as per relevant statutory requirements.

5. Understanding of Semi-annual and Annual financial statements filings.

6. Strong knowledge of reconciliation procedures and practices for all balance sheet accounts.

7. Detailed understanding of the end-to-end company-wide Close, Consolidation and GL Maintenance process.

8. Experience of managing teams performing day-to-day accounting operations, month-end and quarter-end activities for the above areas of accounting.

9. Experience of leading re-engineering of R2R (record-to-report) processes and driving similar centralization of the end-to-end activities.

10. Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
