- Collating all the financial information that is needed for the review of the business on a consistent basis.
- Creation of financial dashboard at area level to be able to analyses the performance of the affiliates in the area.
- To make sure that the information as provided by all affiliates is consistent in terms of all needs.
- Participate in the setting up of the Estimate / Budget and then make sure that the same has been properly reported under the tools used.
- Also ensuring the cost control initiatives & projects are been driven in line with the business need.
Area of accountability :
- Area ( IMEA) Financial Analysis
- Regional financial control
- Business and Strategic Planning Partnership
- Cost Controlling & Coordination with the affiliates
- Support the Executive Vice President Finance
