Position: Manager Financial Analysis, Global Procurement

Location: Mumbai

Requisites:

- Minimum of Bachelor's degree in Commerce / Business / Engineering or Supply Chain Management

- MBA or commensurate experience supporting relevant areas preferred

- 8 to 10 years of Analytical experience in a multinational environment

- Leadership experience in a Shared Services environment required

- Strong knowledge of best practice procurement processes

- Experience with SAP a must

- Experience with Ariba and other analytical tools

- Experience in Outsourcing (Shared Services) required; strong focus on analysis and reporting within a service delivery environment

- Experience in multinational bio- pharma or a pharma company required

Responsibilities:

- Manage, coach and develop a team of Financial Analysts

- Analyzing complex data, identifying anomalies, and providing information in a user friendly format

- Ability to review and analyze key external trends and influences from a wide range of information used to support the development of sourcing plans in support of business direction. Support the source to pay process worldwide and in particular with the regional shared service centers.

- Proficient in extracting data and producing reports from sources such as SAP, Ariba Spend Analytics, Lexis Nexis, Concur and BI.

- Support training and guidance to Global Strategic Sourcing staff regarding Data Analytics

- Support relationships between internal stakeholders and its vendors as appropriate

- Interface with IT as needed

- Streamline procurement processes by preparing Standard Operating Procedures, with associated controls benchmarking our Client's offshored procurement practice with best practices from other successful local shared service centers which have established, robust Procurement practice
