The responsibilities of a Manager will include :
- Managing and participating in Financial due diligence engagements
- Analyzing financial statements - balance sheet, income statement and cash flows
- Identifying post-acquisition action steps to achieve anticipated earnings
- Evaluating effects of seasonality on cash flow requirement
- Reviewing the work of staff and senior employees
Job requirements :
To qualify, candidates must have :
- Chartered Accountancy degree or CPA with 8-10 years of experience
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in financial analysis/financial due diligence
- Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Willingness to travel, when necessary
