Manager - Financial Analysis/Due Diligence - Financial Sector

Location: Gurgaon/Gurugram

Job Profile -

- Responsible to manage and execute Financial Analysis/ Due Diligence projects.

- Performing credit analysis for Financial Institutions

- Analyzing financial / operational results of target companies by reviewing their accounting records.

- Preparing end to end annual review for financial institutions which involves CAMEL analysis (Capital adequacy, Asset quality, Management quality, Earnings and Liquidity), along with facilities and documentation check

- Capital adequacy analysis including latest Basel implementation progress involving review of Risk weighted assets (RWAs) and core capital.

- Tracking and understanding industry dynamics and regulatory trends

- Preparing financial models - historical and projections, conducting peer comparisons

- Creating and maintaining base level training, process manuals and documentation

- Managing a team of 3 - 5 professionals.

Desired skills -

- MBA/CA/CFA with 8-10 years of experience into Financial analysis/ credit analysis with Investment banking team

- Excellent analytical, communication, organizational, interpersonal and teaming skills

- Willingness to travel, when necessary

- Open to work on Projects by own.
