Manager - Financial Advisory Services - Big4

We are assisting one of the Big 4's for the position of Manager - Financial Advisory Services.

Location - Gurgaon/Bangalore

Profile -

- Extensive experience in Accounting and Advisory.

- Knowledge of US GAAP and/or IFRS.

Your client responsibilities:

- Lead client service teams to execute solutions

- Financial Accounting and Reporting Excellence

- Accounting Processes

- Regulation, Governance and Financing

- Audit remediation and readiness

Technical skills requirements:

- Chartered Accountant (CA) or CPA (US) or ACCA (UK)

- 7-10 years (post qualification) in auditing or finance controllership roles including at least 2 years of Accounting and Advisory experience

- Expert Knowledge of IFRS/US/UK GAAP and International auditing standards.

- Knowledge of Indian accounting and auditing standards.

- GAAP conversions and implementation of new accounting standards

- Drafting and designing accounting policies

- Technical accounting research and advice

- Financial statement close process support

- Transaction accounting and reporting – IPO’s , Carve Outs , PPA etc

- Benchmarking services and market analysis

- Advanced data analytics (will be an added advantage)
