Manager - Financial Accounting - BPO

- Ensuring the Financial accounting and reporting for both the legal entities within the framework of Indian regulatory requirement.

- Leading the month end Financial Accounting reporting activity from the front - including drawing up of a monthly financial accounting closure calendar, monitoring activities done as per the calendar to ensure no overruns, review and booking of the tax entries and ensuring the accounts are closed in line with the requirements

- Monitoring the monthly financial closure calendar to ensure adherence to the Group timelines.

Financial Accounting & Governance :

- Co-coordinating with the Financial Controllers, tax team, legal team, Accounts payable, HR Operations and external stakeholders like Actuary, consultants etc. in managing the Statutory & Tax audit, including preparation of Audit closure plan, monitoring of activities to ensure adherence to the same.

- Reviewing all the Balance Sheet Reconciliations.

- Correspondence with stakeholders for invoicing, accounting for revenue, ensuring receipt of payment within the stipulated timeline
