Manager - Financial Accounting Advisory - CA

As a Financial Accounting Advisory Services Manager, you will help Finance leaders solve challenges that their teams are currently facing.

With a passion for Finance Transformation and Technical Accounting, you'll work in a high performing team to deliver end-to-end Accounting Advisory projects ranging from:

- Technical Accounting under IFRS/USGAAP/Ind-AS

- Finance Transformation Incl. Digital transformation within a Finance Function

- Acquisition Accounting/Business combinations

- Accounting Policies and Procedures

- GAAP conversion from local GAAP to IFRS/USGAAP/Ind-AS

- Financial Reporting under IFRS/USGAAP/Ind-AS

- Regulatory reporting and other related accounting & reporting topics for some of the key clients.

You will be the part of Accounting Advisory Services team where you'll effectively and efficiently manage/deliver client projects on their key financial reporting related issues/projects.

Plan, manage and participate in various engagements:

- Technical: Application of accounting standards, Financial and governance process review, accounting framework transition, comparison of accounting practices in different companies, improvement of quality of financial reporting

- Transformation: Identification and assessment of business needs, development of solutions tailored to client needs, assessment of the Finance function, Performance of operations diagnostics, optimization of financial processes, provision of tailored training, and other

In this role you'll be responsible for:

- Prepare deliverables tailored to client needs

- Supervise engagement teams and review work performed

- Ability to manage multiple engagements and meet deadlines

- Excellent project management and leadership skills

- Develop and maintain productive relationships with client management

- Deep knowledge of business trends, emerging technical and industry developments

- Proven ability to lead a team and develop business opportunities

- Lead and realize business development initiatives including preparing proposals through a strong professional network

- Ensure professional growth and development of team members by providing constructive feedback and training while promoting an innovative and team-oriented work environment

- Develop people by encouraging individuals to think for themselves and take responsibility for their contributions to the team

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to maintain impeccable relationships with clients

- Attend training programs to continually develop skills

You will be responsible for regular coordination with various stakeholder for client as winternally to ensure seamless project management and delivery within agreed timelines

Qualification : CA with minimum 5 years of post-qualification experience
