Manager - Finance - Textile Firm

- Maintenance of accounts in accordance to preventing accounting standards Receivables & payable

- Finalization of accounts, coordinating with the auditor

- Preparation of mis statement i,e monthly profit and loss account, cash flow & funds flow

- Preparing bank reconciliation statements

- Preparing invoices and statements for inwards and outward materials

- Reconciliation of sundry debtors and creditors on a monthly basis preparing of salary statements and maintenance of hr records

- Accounting of all discounts, incentives and maintain the security deposited as per company norms purchase orders processing for approval and material dispatching

- Required key knowledge in ginesys software payable management
