Manager - Finance & Taxation - Real Estate - CA

We are looking for a Finance & Taxation Manager for one of our client into Real Estate Business.

Summary of the Job Role:

The role involves managing funds and cash flows, computing TDS liabilities, filing returns, and reconciling TDS receivables.

It includes overseeing GST compliance, conducting e-invoice seminars, handling departmental audits, and ensuring accurate filing of GST returns.

Qualifications:

- Must have Qualified CA

Skills/Knowledge:

- Understanding of Finance & Accounts procedures and statutory rules & regulations.

- Good knowledge of MS Office

- Good Communication and negotiation skills

- Excellent organizational and time management skills

Experience:

- 5-7 yrs. Experience preferably with infrastructure or Real Estate Industry
