Manager - Finance - Supply Chain Segment - FMCG - CA

- Serve as the key finance professional to the Supply Chain Director and factory management team providing financial advice to ensure sound financial and operational decisions.

- Manage the end-to-end processes of the Supply Chain network, analysis, management accounting and reporting.

- Improve, and ensure compliance with internal processes and implement necessary control procedures to ensure achievement of supply chain objectives. Instill strong cost control and planning discipline to assist Supply Chain Director in controlling manufacturing costs.

- Tracking and reporting of periodic supply chain both inbound as well as outbound spends.

- Lead and manage the monthly and annual book closing process for supply chain.

- Drive automation in the supply chain processes to avoid manual errors and better analysis

Preferred qualifications and experience:

- CA qualified with 3 to 8 years of experience in business partnering role

- Prior exp of working in supply chain finance for FMCG industry

- Knowledge of MS Office, with focus on MS Excel/ Power point, SAP system and reporting / Planning processes and systems
