Manager - Finance - Startup - CA

Our client provides end-to-end services to sellers on online marketplaces like Amazon, Walmart, and Etsy. Our mission is to completely transform how online sellers manage day-to-day operations from the ground up. We aim to build new-age products & services for our clients and grow their businesses by maximizing their online presence and increasing their sales through effective strategies and solutions.

Role : You will oversee all financial activities, analyze financial data, accounts payable, and prepare management reports.

Reporting and Analysis:

- Analyze the financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.

- Provide accurate and timely financial reports to management.

- Experience in managing mergers and acquisitions accounting.

Accounts Payable :

- Review the monthly payroll along with necessary local compliance.

- Receive and review invoices for accuracy and completeness.

- Verify that all necessary approvals and supporting documentation are in place.

Process payments :

- Reconcile invoices and payments to ensure accuracy and timely resolution of discrepancies.

- Collaborate with the treasury team to manage cash flow and optimize payment schedules.

- Review and process employee expense reports, ensuring compliance with company policies.

- Reconcile employee advances and outstanding balances.

Invoicing and billing :

- Look after customer contracts, invoicing, and collection.

Requirements :

- CA with a relevant work experience of at least 5 years.

- Proven work experience as a Finance Manager (Accounting, AP, and AR roles).

- Proficiency in MS Excel and other relevant software applications.

- Proficiency in financial software (Xero, QuickBooks, etc).

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

- Leadership and team management abilities.
