Job Purpose The fundamental objective of the role is to bring Financial discipline into the organization &amp; Help achieve PROFITABILITY. The person would be required to collaborate, Influence &amp; help achieve desired results for the organization Responsibilities - Manage- Planning &amp; Budgeting ( Monthly, Quarterly &amp; Annual) - Monitoring the Budget Vs Actual Variance; Report variance &amp; influence the manager to get desired results - Manage &amp; plan Cash flows - Manage and handle all Direct Taxes and Indirect Taxes - Prepare and review of audit financial and schedule as Ind-AS - Managing and lead all Customer Contracts and vendor contracts - Liaise with consultants for driving closure of company secretary matters - Lead the audit for statutory compliance under all applicable acts. Resolve audit queries, follow up for pending information with Finance, Legal, Tax, Solutions, Supply, etc. - Coordinate with auditors, review, and finalization of schedules notes to accounts - Maintain Good Relationships with the Banks - Review Costs very Diligently &amp; sensitize stakeholders to manage the same appropriately; build &amp; drive metrics such as Identifying wastages, ROI/Person, Productivity of Engineers/Salesmen etc Skills &amp; Qualifications: - CA/MBA with 5-7 years of work experience - Experience in Planning &amp; Analysis, Reporting, direct/indirect taxation, vendor management, Contract Management, - Experience of managing multiple stakeholders and collaborating with large and diverse teams. - Very Good Experience in Tally or QuickBooks - Good Attitude - Diligent/Eye for detail - Excellent communication skills
