Position Reports to Chairman & CEO Job Responsibilities - Should have done CA - Should have exposure to Real Estate sector - Should have Treasury background (funding) - Should be able to handle finance - Should be able to provide strategic inputs to business - Should be able to conduct audit - Should be aware of financial planning analysis & budget projections - Should be involved in administration of accounting financial reporting & auditing - Should be involved in preparation of monthly and annual financial statements - Should be able to provide tax and accounting perspective - Will oversee financial planning & analysis, accounting, budgeting, etc - Will be involved in tax compliance including service tax, withholding taxes, tax returns, etc - Will be accountable for timely reporting of profit and loss, capital budgets, cash flows, etc - Will have to review accounting procedures to ensure statutory and regulatory requirements
