Reporting Structure: Reporting to Director Finance of GIL

Must Have mandatory skill sets: Financial Modelling, Working capital and Fund Raising

Qualification : MBA Finance / CA

1. Preparation of proposals for various Banks/Financial Institutional for Project Financing;

2. Tie-up of long Term/Short Term Funds,

3. Structured financing transaction

4. Dealing with Private Equity Investors, Formulation of Business Plan

5. Experience on closing of Loan Documentation

6. Financial Models & sensitivity analysis calculating IRR, NPV, DSCR etc

7. Fund Forecasting and Planning, estimating the fund requirement and the financial instruments to be used for raising the Funds.

8. Manage Liquidity-working capital management, cash flow management, trade finance, etc.

9. Preparation of Project Information Memorandum and Project Proposal presentations;

10. Support to the Regulatory Team of the Company on the Financial Aspects;

11. Risk Matrix for Financial Closure;

12. Compliance of various conditions in sanction terms, memorandum of agreement etc.

13. Coordinating & executing the necessary requirements for disbursement from financial institutions.

14. Coordination with Credit Rating agencies for annual credit ratings.

15. Developing and updating models for Financial Appraisal using MS-Excel tool for exploring various schemes of Financing for reduction in the cost of funds.
