Details about the position:

Position: Manager Finance - PMO

Location: Mumbai

Work Timings: 12:00 pm to 9:00 pm

Requisites:

- Minimum of Bachelor's degree in Finance & Accounting/ A master's degree (MBA) is a plus

- 5-6 years of Project management (2 year in Global Project Management Office) and service delivery experience in well-established and reputable service delivery organizations

- PMP / Other recognized Project Management qualification preferred

- Experience in Outsourcing (Shared Services) required

- Knowledge of Finance and Accounting processes preferred

- Experience in multinational environment preferred

- Experience in previous PMO roles

- Exceptional analytical skills a must

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work with other members of the finance team and across the global organization

- Must be able to work independently and/or as part of a wider project team

- Managing through ambiguity, working with diverse teams, change agent and consistent execution on deliverables

- Team work and must be able to work within a collaborative and matrix environment

Rigor, reliability, good professional maturity

Customer service oriented

Responsibilities:

- Interact with project managers in monitoring schedule and costs

- Prepare and present Leadership and steering committee reports on programs/projects (weekly /Monthly/ Quarterly basis)

- Establish and maintain ongoing PMO process management to ensure high quality consistent PMO support to:

- Work closely with Global Finance and IT team, providing regular updates, issues and opportunities on Programs/Projects (including tracking project plan and & key milestones/deliverables)

- Manage Critical Path

- Prepare standardized input for all Governance forums (internal and external)

- Maintain Estimate to Complete and Estimate at Complete positions together with variance management to budget

- Manage multiple projects concurrently

- Manage resourcing issues proactively

- Manage Risk, Issue, Action, Decisions (RAID) log

- Record decision and minutes of all program level Governance meetings (internal and external)

- Maintain project repository by posting project documents and keeping all items up to date in Compass

- Maintain Program calendar

- Monitor and track Change Control process

- Ensure process adherence within the team and across region

- Coordinate and manage cross-functional project requirements

- Proactively identify and resolve project issues and facilitate the resolution process, Escalate issues timely

- Undertake other tasks that may be necessary to create an outstanding environment for the growth of a value-driven company Support sourcing activity by providing RFP response analytics, supporting contract awards, etc.
