Manager - Finance - Product Company

Looking Manager Accounts, Person will be primarily responsible for all areas relating to financial reporting. This position will be responsible for developing and maintaining accounting principles, practices and procedures to ensure accurate and timely financial statements.

Relationships: The Manager Accounts reports to the CEO and has a team reporting into the position.

Location: Gurgaon

Experience: The candidate must have a minimum 4 to 8 years of relevant work experience.

Education:

MBA in Finance as per qualification.

Skills required:

- Strong skills required in accounting, financial reporting and financial analysis

- Excellent communication skills

- Should have strong interpersonal and time management skills

- Past experience in team management

- Must be PC proficient and able to keep track of changing laws and related policies

- Must have strong command over Microsoft Excel, Access and Word

- Well-versed with Tally and Quick Books Software

- Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines required.

Tenure: This is a full time role.
