Finance Manager - Private Equity Fund

The Successful Applicant : 

- Looking at people from Big 4 who are currently involved in Statutory Audit for Private Equity/VC or other Financial services clients. People currently in a Finance role in a Private Equity Fund would also be considered.

- CA is a must

- CA Rank holders would be preferred

- Graduation from Tier 1 college

- Great communication skills

- Excellent Analytical Skills

Job Brief:

- Preparation and review of financial statements and capital account statements of Indian entity as well as the group entity

- Look into overall accounting as well as reporting

- Financial Audit of all the group entities

- Cash management and Budgeting

- Co-ordination and regular interaction with with investors

- Setting up of SPVs, Close ended funds, Category II Alternative Investment Fund (AIF), LLCs etc.

- Capital call workings, Distribution Waterfall workings.

- Preparation of Schedule K-1s.

- Ensuring compliance with all the other regulatory requirements such as SEBI reporting, filing of income tax returns, GST returns, TDS returns etc.

- Administrative in-charge of all the group entities.
