Have people management skills. &nbsp;Job Description: - Financial reporting and analysis - Analyzes member firm financial data from - Thorough understanding, screening and review of member firm financial data, including P&amp;L, Balance Sheet, Personnel and other financial statistics - Interact with member firm contacts to provide feedback - Ability to interact and explain financial results to various clients, including Partners and Directors - Continue to advance processes with new initiatives and creating efficiencies to the financial data collection and analysis process - Manages creation of executive-level reports in PPT and Excel - Develops expertise using reporting tools and systems, - Manages projects in support of financial and operational performance improvement and initiatives - Identifies detailed actions required to mitigate risks and successfully deliver a project - Development of persuasive management presentations and other support materials (such as project plans, tracking documents, meeting notes, and status reports) to drive the implementation of projects - Responsible for the people management of the team including goal setting Contact details: Dipa Rani / 9556641101
