This position would directly report into the Managing Director.

Job description for the position.

BASIC FUNCTIONS

1. Lead the financial planning, including budgeting and forecasting, analysis, closing and reporting activities for the company

2. Work with the Asia Pac Finance team in Sydney to support all company related finance & reporting activities

3. Work with the Joint Venture finance organization to ensure budgeting, reporting and related finance activities are performed as per CCH guidelines

4. Work with the MD and Special Projects team on new acquisition opportunities and integration of current acquisitions.

5. Perform duties as advised from time to time by MD and Asia Pac Finance team

DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE

- A Chartered Accountant with 5-6 years of post-qualification experience, maintaining a good academic record throughout.

- Experience on the revised Schedule VI and XBRL requirements is desirable, not essential.

- Possesses business support and process reengineering skills.

- Strong in MS Office, especially Excel. Prior experience of working on a Business Intelligence tool for forecasting and reporting would be desirable.

- Experience of working in matrix organization under tight deadlines and minimal supervision.

- Should be prepared to handle challenges of a start-up.
