Job Summary :

- The job exists to manage centralized general ledger cell to manage quarterly and yearly audit of books of accounts with statutory auditors.

- To manage centralized General ledger cell, Centralized Fixed assets accounting cell covering Ex-India Manufacturing locations, Corporate, Marketing locations and supporting functions , centralized bank reconciliation cell of all banks of company(covering 83 banks), International marketing divisions accounting, co-ordination with overseas finance managers, representative office finance managers, centrally coordinating overseas entities cross charge between RLL and other overseas entities and its compliance, reconciliation, quarterly balance confirmation for global consolidation of financials.

- Coordination with overseas countries for Ex-India Mfg expenses review, monthly and quarterly expenses accrual and supports to business finance for country expenses reporting.

- The job involve supports to direct taxation cell for Tax audit and assessment related information, transfer price return (3CEB) compilation, audit of overseas transactions for 3CEB return and assessment assistance. Job involves managing US finance function’s back office supports from India and co-ordination with US entity finance head for all timely supports for month closing/auditing.

Candidate Profile:

- Education : CA / MBA Finance / Master degree in commerce & PGDM in finance Management

- Good knowledge of accounting standards, IGAAP, IFRS direct and indirect tax regulations, internal transfer pricing regulations, good command over SAP and MS Office
