Senior Manager - Finance - ITeS

Experience - 5 to 7 years

Location - Dubai

Preferable - CA , MBA

Responsibilities :

1. Guiding , Monitoring and Controlling the accounting activities of the different units within the given region

2. Supporting and ensuring the instructions issued by Regional Finance Controller

3. Review of books/MIS at least once in month & ensuring proper control

4. FA management & Control viz ensuring assets tagging once in year, up-to-date FA register.

5. Ensuring various policies i.e. Kuoni code of conduct, VFAR, Travel, Entertainment, Finance SOP etc.

6. Ensuring the smooth start up off all the new operations coming in the region including banking , SAP, online FF etc.

7. Regular VAC visits and surprise audits so far as all the finance related activities are concerned etc.

8. Maintaining the Bank accounts and reconciliations & Paying off the taxes on time, VAT, Income tax TDS.

9. Salary processing & Processing of perk payments as per company policy.

10. FAR Verification for particular region/zone in coordination with Admin, Security, IT Team on quarterly basis & send confirmation to RFC -

11. Ensure embassy accounts reconciliation & control and send operation/embassy confirmation to RFC

12. Compliance to legal requirements, internal audit requirement & closure of audit points. Ensure all compliances as listed down in compliance certificate.

13. Ensure internal customer satisfaction & continuous professional development

14. Statutory compliances including direct and indirect tax & all Audit related matters.

15. Project Budgeting & Pricing for upcoming project

16. Yearly & quarterly forecasting

17. Involve in Vendor negotiation activity for new project and insurance

18. Ensure timely execution of Transfer pricing audit and assessment, Income tax assessment and TDS compliance.

19. Support to SSC team of Mumbai in sending reports, MIS etc.

20. Suggesting & initiating cost saving & revenue improvement measures

21. Judicious use of natural resources

22. Shall adhere to environment health and safety policy/objectives and guidelines of the organization
