Manager - Finance Operations - SaaS Startup

We have opening with SAAS based startup in Bangalore for the role of Finance Operations Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Excellent team manager who will lead a team which ensures that our financial operations are prepared for our continued expansion. This will include managing a team that works with our Vendors, financial institutions , have a strong desire in innovating processes and exceed expectations in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, primarily driving innovation on behalf of customers / vendors.

Responsibilities:

- Will be involved in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, management reporting activities

- Preparation of monthly MIS through alignment of individual Business System

- Performing analysis of the movement in numbers

- Review and analyse historical business trends, understand demand drivers, prepare forecast data, develop financial models, and evaluate business outcomes

- Continuously monitor financial and business KPI's, highlight trends and analyse causes of variance

- Preparing Business Plan, projection of profitability and cash flows analysis.

- Responsibilities for MIS Reporting, Budgetary Management & Control, Part of P&L discussion among other things.
