Finance Manager- Operations

CA/MBA (preferred)

Responsibilities:

- Preparation of Cost Sheet, MIS Development, building Compliances & Controls

- Support in cost run in SAP on a monthly basis

- Monitor and implement plant internal controls

- Collaborate with Plant Manager, Plant accountants and senior supply chain team

- Manage month-end closing for plant operations including inventory valuations, COGS reconciliation and overheads analysis

- Provide accurate and timely information about the plant's financial performance in the form of financial reports

- Support in Commercial negotiations with supplier and 3P/2P vendors

- Seek requisite developmental support/ inputs from the leadership and strive for self development, both functional and behavioral

Must Haves:

- Managerial and Analytical skills

- Prior exposure in FMCG/Consumer care industry
