Finance Operations Manager - Accounts Payable (Shared Service Centre)

- Incumbent should be a seasoned Financial Shared Service professional responsible for overseeing & transforming Accounts Payable function within SSC, create a risk-free environment and improve vendor experience

- Role would be part of SSC Finance team based in Gurugram working under direct supervision of Finance Shared Service center, catering to all the plants & units of the Group Companies

Key Responsibilities :

- Setting up and maintaining operational rigor for accounts payable, to align with process KPIs & controls

- Developing, implementing, improving, and enforcing payables process controls to reduce risk & improve process accuracy and efficiency

- Ensuring timely and accurate processing of vendor invoices and payments

- Participating in implementation of AP transformation roadmap to improve key process indicators

- Compiling, analyzing, and reporting information to management and internal stakeholders

- Hiring, training, motivating, and evaluating accounts payable team members.

- Building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders and run effective governance program

This role would be reporting into : SSC Finance Tower Lead

Roles reporting to this position will be : Team Leaders - Accounts Payable (SSC-Finance)

Job Specification :

- 12-15 Years of Accounts Payable experience in SSC / outsourced set up

- 5+ years of team handling experience (50+ FTE Span)

- Hands on knowledge of Indian Taxation (TCS, TDS & GST)

- Ability to work in a target driven high-pressure scenario with attention to details

- Good interpersonal & coordination skills

Key Technical Skills:

- Sound knowledge of Procure to Pay lifecycle

- Intermediate/expert level proficiency in SAP FI

- Proficient in Excel & PowerPoint

- Fluency in Hindi & English

Desired Educational Qualification:

- Qualified CA

- Preferably Quality (Six Sigma, etc) Certified
