Manager - Finance - Online Hotel Sales Platform

Our Client is a cloud based 360 Hotels Sales Platform. They manage booking confirmations, room hold requests, room queries, online channel partners, booking engine, payment follow up etc. through a single interface.

They are looking for a Manager Finance, required to lead the finance operations and take overall responsibility for all financial aspects of the business.

He/She will have a team of 2-3 people.

Roles and responsibilities:-

- Hands on sales, accounting and reconciliation.

- Payment settlement with vendors.

- Billing to customers- Customer invoicing.

- Preparation of MIS.

- Monitor and report on key metrics forming part of annual operating plan.

- Assisting Monthly book closures Revenue / Cost for Cost/Profit center.

- Handling Cash & Bank Payments.

- Bank's payment gateway reconciliation

- Co-ordinate in completion of month-end tasks and reporting requirements.

- Monitor & conduct analysis on Overdue Payments.

- Work with auditors to close audit procedures

Desired Candidate skill set:-

- Preferably from service industry, travel, telecom, ecommerce.

- Hands on ERP- preferably Oracle.

- Good knowledge of Excel.

Salary Range 8 to 10 Lacks
