Manager - Finance - NGO

Responsibilities :

- Lead the Accounts and Finance Department/ team

- Provide technical guidance to the accounts team

- Ensure all Compliances including FCRA, IT etc.

- Donor reporting

- Handling all statutory requirements

- Ensuring all books of accounts are maintained as per legal provisions

- Ensuring quality and timely completion of work

- Prepare annual budget of the organization and ensure expenditure as per budget

- Financial Management of the organization

- Reporting to the Director with Dashboard on various reports.

Qualifications :

- CA/ Master's degree from a reputed institution with 3-5 years or above and already worked on Assistant/Managerial position

- Work experience of NGO/Societies/FCRA/ mandatory

- Have worked in past on USAID garnts and reporting would be desired

- Strong written and oral communication skills

- Ability to multi task and take responsibility for the timely completion of activities.

- Strong management and business development skills.

- Remuneration will commensurate with qualification and experience. This is a high-level position requiring an experienced candidate.
