Role : - Supports the Finance Director, in providing direction and leading the finance operations and accounting - Responsible for ensuring the Co. meets local statutory and tax reporting requirements - Manages closing activities and ensures accuracy, compliance and timeliness of financial records and statements. - Cash flow management and monitoring. - Manages relationship and communications with internal and external auditors on matters - Review and develop the local financial policies & procedures. Ensures adherance to global policies and procedures. - Process improvement and cost management. - Support Global/Regional projects and coordinate alignment with Global Guidance - Provide comments and advice to management on regulations and compliance issues - Handle ad hoc tasks assigned by Finance director - Strong knowledge in US GAAP, local GAAP and local Tax regulations - Strong Business Acumen - Experience working with SAP - Excellent in Excel (i.e. Vlookup, Pivot Table) - English Proficiency - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - 8 to 10 years of experience in finance roles, working in a commercial organization, preferably in a MNC environment. - Qualified Accountant with 5-10 years experience in performing hands on accounting transactional work and month-end closings. - Minimum 3 years experience in a supervisory or people manager position - Background in Medical Device or Pharmaceutical industry would be an advantage Comp : 25-30 L Corporate Search
