Inviting applications for the role of Manager, Finance required a dynamic , young CA who MUST be from Manufacturing industry

The position offers good opportunity to grow in the Company.

Role :

- Ensuring accurate entry of all financials, monthly MIS preparation, variance analysis, presentation, improvement ideas for cost reduction, dealing with Big 4 auditors, design & implement an internal control system, statutory compliance, should have knowledge of labour & allied laws, should have good knowledge of direct , indirect tax rules, regulations , should have experience of leading a team.

- Responsible for monthly closure of accounts on timely basis

- Supervise targets/budgets and course corrections against plan Vs actual, Function wise presentation of monthly Financials and key financial levers will be a part of this role

- Review Month close activities for the businesses

Qualification : 4-5 years relevant & total experience needed

- Knowledge of ERP system, MS Office .

- Should have experience of leading a team

- Good oral & written communication
