Manager - Finance - Media - CA

Role Objective

To manage the accounting of the entire fixed assets of MDL, including the relevant Statutory compliance, automation and other related activities.

Job Responsibilities

1 FIXED ASSETS MANAGEMENT

a. Capitalization

b. Project Capitalization

c. Depreciation entries

d. Fixed Assets Schedules

e. Capital Work - In Progress

f. Quarterly physical verification of assets and reporting thereof

g. Fixed Assets insurance as per due dates

h. Navision upgrades and automation processes

I. Handling Auditors with respect to Fixed Assets

2 Statutory Compliances

a. Monthly GST working on assets movements

b. Weekly reconciliation of E-way bills on Asset movements

c. Assist in monthly GST compliances

3 Others

a. Panel incentives-workings, payouts as per internal policy

b. Barcoding of assets

The measure of Success (KRA- s)

- Ensure proper working of FA including Meter transfers on a month on month basis.

- Ensure coordination with the operations team with regards to the processing of panel incentives on a month on month basis and ensure the same is paid as per agreed timelines.
