Job Description:

Qualification : CA/CS

- Looking for someone who has managed the balance sheet of at least a 500Cr company in the manufacturing sector.

Experience points to look at :

- Cash flow management (daily inflow/outflow)

- Budgeting and planning

- MIS and reporting

- WC management

- Payable/receivable management

- Margin analysis, profitability planning, project financial evaluation

- Monthly P&L

Interview Process:

1st - Technical to check suitability of the candidate

2nd - Interview with different stakeholders

3rd - Final F2F with Head of HR, hiring manager and the CEO
